New Product for candle lovers to heat... your home??? What do you think?

Drinking my hot cocoa and thought about this candle I made called Hershey’s Hot Cocoa.  It smells just like the cocoa I am drinking, but I won’t drink the candle…

You don’t have to blow out my candle to make yours grow brighter.

Flame on and uplift!

Brighten your day by burning a candle.  Candles are great mood up-lifters!  January,  a gloomy time of year - often fills up with images of bitter cold winds, snowy landscapes, and in other areas of the country brown and lifeless scenery with odd quietness about in the air .  It is easy to find yourself depressed or unmotivated to do things during January as you just can’t go out to a park and enjoy kids playing or hear summer birds chirping nor can you just sit outside and soak up the suns rays.  However, January offers other kinds of opportunities.  It is a great time to catch up on reading, sleep in, spend more time with family and friends, get organized and waste time on the computer (well, that can be done anytime of year…).  January is a month to get things done, and a great way to get motivated to do these things is by burning candles.

Whether you find your self cooking, reading a book, watching tv., gaming on the computer, or exercising - a burning candle can enhance the experience!  Seek mint, orange, bergamot, bamboo, lemon grass, or even those clean laundry type candles to either inspire or give you energy!  Try it and see what happens!

There is not enough darkness in all the world to put out the light of even one small candle.

Greetings - 6 more days to Christmas

Greetings all!  Although I am new to tumblr, I am not new to candles.  This blog is devoted to fun info and reviews and all sorts of stuff related to candles.  I am about to head out to see The Hack and Slash Christmas Special here in MD, one of my fav. ways to get into the Christmas spirit.  Another way I like to get into the Christmas spirit is burning Christmas scented candles.  When I get back I plan on burning my own Cumberland Christmas Tree candle (available via www.bythebaybotanicals.weebly.com ) while I attempt to wrap some gifts.  Anyone else burn candles to get into the Christmas Spirit?
